    PTL has developed different plasma processing systems for materials surface treatment and thin film fabrication to cater to different research and engineering applications. These systems can be used to treat a variety of materials such as metals, semiconductors, ceramics, polymers using different energies, for instance, low energy for plasma etching and high energy for plasma immersion ion implantation. One can refer to our Plasma Systems and Ion Implantors as well as the related Power Supplies. PTL also has designed and produced various kinds of Plasma Sources and their related control units which are popular collections for system integration. ______________________________________________________________ The scopes of the Symposium on Functional Coatings and Surface Engineering FCSE, which will be held on 5-8 June 2011 in Montreal, Canada, are to explore the research development of functional coatings and surface engineering on different practical applications.
